الخدمة والمشغّل

نروق أداة لاختيار مكان والتخطيط لطلعة والتصويت مع مجموعتك. يديره Khalid Alwayli بصفته فردًا، ويمكن التواصل عبر Nrouqsupport@gmail.com.

المشاركة والخصوصية

يمكن لمن معه رابط الدعوة الاطلاع عليها وإعادة مشاركتها. استخدم اسمًا مناسبًا، واحفظ صلاحيات المنظّم، ولا تشارك معلومات حساسة أو محتوى خاصًا بالآخرين دون حق. اقرأ سياسة الخصوصية قبل إدخال البيانات. لا يستبدل قبول الشروط أي موافقة منفصلة لازمة لمعالجة البيانات. الحساب اختياري عند توفره؛ طلعات الحساب المقيّدة بالأشخاص المختارين منفصلة عن روابط الضيف. لا توجد استعادة تلقائية لصلاحيات منظّم ضيف مفقودة.

استخدام محترم وآمن

لا تستخدم الخدمة للتحرش أو الاحتيال أو التهديد أو المحتوى غير المشروع أو انتهاك الخصوصية والحقوق. لا تحاول تجاوز حدود الطلبات أو الوصول إلى طلعات دون صلاحية أو تعطيل الخدمة. لا تُدخل بيانات طفل لا يملك الأهلية النظامية للموافقة؛ يلزم دور وليه وفق النظام المنطبق. الخدمة غير موجّهة للأطفال ولا تتحقق من العمر.

اختيار المكان ليس حجزًا

التأكيد اتفاق بين المشاركين، وليس حجز طاولة أو شراء تذكرة أو ضمان توافر المكان أو صحّة ساعات العمل أو ملاءمته. تحقّق مباشرة لدى المكان قبل الزيارة. لا توجد مدفوعات أو عمولات حجوزات في النسخة الحالية. الأماكن المعلّمة بأنها أمثلة ليست قوائم أعمال حقيقية.

خدمات Google والمحتوى الخارجي

تخضع ميزات Google Maps أيضًا لـ شروط خدمة Google Maps/Google Earth الإضافية، وهي مضمّنة في هذه الشروط، وكذلك شروط خدمة Google المضمّنة فيها. احترم نسب Google ومزوّدي البيانات وأصحاب الصور وحقوقهم؛ لا تمنحك نروق حق نسخ المحتوى أو إعادة توزيعه خلافًا للشروط المنطبقة. قد تتغيّر بيانات الأماكن أو لا تتوفر، وقد تتوقف ميزات البحث والصور عند بلوغ حدود الاستخدام، دون إلغاء أصواتك.

التحكّم والبلاغات

يمكنك المغادرة وحذف مشاركتك، وللمنظّم حذف الطلعة أو إزالة مشارك أو استبدال الدعوة. قد يستطيع من أُزيل الانضمام بجلسة جديدة إذا حصل على دعوة سارية؛ لا نَعِد بحظر دائم لشخص. يمكنك الإبلاغ داخل الطلعة أو عبر البريد، دون ضمان إزالة تلقائية أو استجابة فورية. للطوارئ استخدم الجهات المحلية المختصة. قد يقيّد المشغّل الوصول لمعالجة إساءة استخدام مثبتة أو متطلبات نظامية، وفق الصلاحيات المتاحة فعليًا.

التوافر وحقوقك

الخدمة قيد التطوير وقد تتوقف أو تتغيّر. لا نَعِد بتوافر مستمر أو بدقة محتوى طرف ثالث. لا تتضمن هذه الشروط إعفاءً من مسؤولية لا يجوز إعفاؤها نظامًا، ولا تنتقص من حقوقك الإلزامية. إذا اختلفت النسختان العربية والإنجليزية، يجب توضيح الاختلاف لدى المشغّل، ولا يُفسّر الاختلاف تنازلًا عن حقوقك. تُنشر التغييرات بتاريخ واضح، ولا يبدأ استخدام جديد يتطلب موافقة منفصلة قبل الحصول عليها.

Terms of Use

Service and operator

Nrouq helps your group choose a place, vote and plan an outing. Khalid Alwayli operates it as an individual; contact Nrouqsupport@gmail.com.

Participation and privacy

Invitation holders can view and forward an outing. Use an appropriate name, protect organizer access and do not share sensitive or other people’s private information without authority. Read the Privacy Policy before entering data. Accepting terms does not replace separate consent required for data processing. Accounts are optional when available; account outings for selected recipients are separate from guest links. Lost guest-organizer access has no automatic recovery.

Respectful, safe use

Do not use Nrouq for harassment, fraud, threats, unlawful content, or privacy/rights violations. Do not bypass request limits, access outings without authority or disrupt the service. Do not enter information about a child who lacks legal capacity to consent; a guardian’s role is required under applicable law. Nrouq is not directed at children and does not verify age.

Choosing is not booking

Confirmation records the group’s choice. It does not reserve a table, buy a ticket or guarantee availability, opening hours or suitability. Check directly with the venue before visiting. The current version has no payments or booking commissions. Places marked as examples are not real business listings.

Google and external content

Google Maps features are also subject to the incorporated Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Terms of Service. Respect Google, provider and photo-author credits and rights; Nrouq grants no right to copy or redistribute content contrary to applicable terms. Venue information may change or be unavailable. Search/photos may pause when usage limits are reached, without cancelling your votes.

Controls and reports

Guests can leave and erase participation; organizers can delete an outing, remove a participant or replace its invitation. Removed people may rejoin with a new session if they obtain a valid invitation; there is no promised permanent person ban. Report concerns in the outing or by email. Reporting does not guarantee automatic removal or immediate response. Contact local emergency services for emergencies. The operator may restrict access to address established abuse or legal requirements using the controls actually available.

Availability and your rights

Nrouq is under development and may change or become unavailable. Continuous availability and third-party data accuracy are not guaranteed. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit mandatory rights. Ask the operator to clarify any difference between Arabic and English; a translation difference is not a waiver of your rights. Changes will have a clear date and a new use requiring separate consent will not begin before that consent is obtained.

سجل المصاريف

نروق يحسب حصصًا ويسجل تحويلات يؤكد استلامها المستلم؛ لا ينقل الأموال أو يتحقق من الحساب البنكي. راجعوا المبالغ والمستفيدين قبل التسجيل. حذف مشارك مرتبط ماليًا يعيد ضبط سجل المصاريف والتحويلات للجميع؛ لا يلغي التزاماتكم أو يعكس تحويلًا فعليًا. بعد تحويل مؤكد لا يمكن إلغاء احتساب المصاريف؛ اتفقوا على التصحيح خارج التطبيق.

Expense records

Nrouq calculates shares and records repayments acknowledged by the recipient. It does not move money or verify bank transfers. Check amounts and beneficiaries before recording. Removing a financially involved participant resets everyone’s expense and repayment records; it does not cancel obligations or reverse real transfers. Expenses cannot be voided after a confirmed repayment; agree on corrections outside the app.
